A clinical research consulting business needed to train its clinical staff to write effective assessments. The assessments measured learning outcomes of their staff education programs. This decentralized education needed to ramp up quickly when new projects and teams were added.

P &C Claims Intake Training

A large, multi-national property and casualty insurance agency contracted with a business outsourcer to provide new claims intake agents. These agents would answer first notice of loss calls from policy holders. As the lead designer for the outsourcer, Cherie and a small team needed to quickly convert the in-house, classroom training to self-paced learning with facilitator debrief.

Nurse Retraining Program

A large university school of nursing program maintained an online course offered to registered nurses with lapsed licenses. Regaining licensure entailed taking and passing this online “theory” course, followed by participation in a practicum. The school contracted with Cherie’s employer to update the course and its nearly 10-year-old content.
